Spring Rolls

Big ones, little ones, wee thin ones, crispy ones, triangular ones and that is even before you get a filling in them. You can even have them crispy deep fried or in the uncooked pancake option. My favourite were in a lattice crispy fried very light pancake and filled with prawns and beansprouts and vegetables. To complete the delicacy using your chop sticks you had to delicately catch - or stab if your name is murray - your spring roll and dip in in some delicious fish chilli sauce - yum yum.

We even went on a cookery course and made some ourselves at the start of our trip. We also managed to create an array of shapes and sizes, including the holy, crumbly number to which patches were added (Keith's).
